Forever Home Committees

A number of Forever Home committees will be forming around a variety of projects. Please look for an upcoming signup in SchoolCues.

• Letter Writing Campaign

This group will champion the capital campaign by writing letters to key people within St. Vrain Valley School District, the wider community, and potential funding sources.

• Outreach Events

This group of people will assist with finding and participating in Outreach events in the community (including the upcoming Business Before Hours event on November 8). The group will look for opportunities to have positive conversations with members of the community about SVCMS. Tasks may also include preparing the environment, food preparation, hosting, greeting, or assisting with other logistics.

• Grant Writing

This group will explore grant sources of funding that may be available to SVCMS as well as work on grant applications.

• Facility Committee

This group of people will be made up of people with expertise in site planning, building development, and construction.

• Capital Campaign & Fundraising

This group will head up the Capital Campaign, form fundraising goals, and seek avenues for support.

• Shovel Projects, Site Development, and Modular Preparation

Over the course of the project, there will be many opportunities to participate in a variety of preparation related projects. Click here to sign-up to be contacted about these opportunities, which could include everything from landscaping to plumbing to moving items.

• Testimonials

We are in the initial stages of creating a promotional video about SVCMS.  We are in need of people who are willing to think through what SVCMS means to them and formulate that into a succinct but meaningful testimony.
